This blog serves as a platform for me to collect my thoughts and opinions. I have so many fond memories of playing games, watching movies, or listening to music, and I wish I had logged my thoughts at the time. This site will function as both a public media diary and a workbook for practising critical and observational writing.
My opinions will of course change that's the point of archiving them. Most of what I write here is heavily unedited, a messy stream of consciousness, though I'll occasionally post longer, more polished pieces. The site will also serve as a media log going forward. With the internet becoming increasingly centralised, I think it's more important than ever for people who love it to carve out their own islands. I hope we can bring blogging back.
One last thing: this is an informal space. Posts go up mostly unedited, as a raw stream of consciousness, so you'll find typos, half‑formed ideas, and probably a few takes I don't even fully agree with anymore. Think of them as musings from a particular moment nothing more, nothing less.
